Days of Surgery:

• Monday & Wednesday, 4-5 cases (Queen’s Medical Center)
• Tuesdays, 2 cases (outpatient THA and TKA at surgery center)

Documentations Required for Visitation:

• Copy of CV
• Signed HIPPA Form
• Current TB within the year
• Flu shot (during flu season)

Sales Representatives Requirements:

• Surgeons can observe within the sterile field. May not assist with patient or instruments.
